MerryChristmasRadio.com is a special project. We first are pursuing it as a portal to all the audio of Christmas that we can find online. We'll provide links and information about Christmas music for fans of the holidays. But, more importantly, our goal with this site is to stream our own Christmas music and to build the very best Christmas music radio station on the Internet -- a lofty, expensive goal.

We need a passionate Managing Editor for this site -- an individual with more of a love of the topic and a passion for presenting information about Christmas music than one who is bogged down in the technical aspects of running a website. This is a very popular topic within the arena of Christmas online -- so we're looking for the right individual.

The Managing Editor will set the tone and the pace of the site as the archive of music and information is built. This individual will connect with radio station operators (online and offline) to determine an overall editorial direction for the site. The Managing Editor will create an editorial calendar, set deadlines, hire writers and direct resources in order to build the site archive. Strong business management skills, basic Internet skills and an ability to network online is vital to success. This is a part time telecommute position. Compensation is based upon a straight percentage of revenue generated by the site.
