We learned this lesson when we built our first website more than a decade ago. Using a book borrowed from the library we mustered up enough code to put up a single page. Back then text was cutting edge for us because we were and remain storytellers first. And although the Internet has matured -- and our skills with it have grown -- the art of storytelling is still the critical skill necessary when presenting information online.
